The Lutheran Church of Our Saviour conducts educational programs where children will be in a Christian environment that is safe, healthy, nurturing and stimulating. Varied experiences, peer relation-ships, growth and development will be part of the daily routine. It is a positive environment for the development of the child’s self-esteem in conjunction with respect for others. The group experience will meet the physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual parts of a child’s life.
In our program, you will see: · frequent, positive warm interaction among children and adults · planned learning activities appropriate to children’s age and development · specially dedicated and trained teachers · a healthy and Christ centered environment for children · nutritious snack · regular communication with parents · effective administration

Mommy, Daddy & Me This program introduces two and three year old children to socialization and the routine of an early childhood setting. The child will engage in group play, art activities, music, and story time. The program is designed to involve the parent in the child’s play and learning activities.
Nursery The Nursery program initially helps the child separate from the caregiver. Through play and developmentally appropriate instruction the child will experience literature, songs, large and small motor activities and art and crafts in a structured environment. Children will share in skill building activities, which will prepare him/her for Pre-K class.
Pre-K The goal of the Pre-K program is to prepare the child with essential skills needed for Kindergarten. Through literature, projects, songs, large and small motor activities and art the children will experience and master developmentally appropriate concepts. |
